OpenAPI → Stubs Scaffold

Paste an OpenAPI 3.0 or 3.1 specification (YAML or JSON). A stub is generated for every declared operation: one happy-path stub (first 2xx) and one per error response (triggered via X-Simulate-Status: <code> header).
